Direct checkout is currently unavailable. You can browse the collection or contact the studio for ordering help.
Products and personalization
Product pages show photos, prices, variation choices, personalization instructions, and available processing information from the Cheherish catalog. Check your selected options and enter personalization exactly as requested, including spelling and capitalization. Contact the studio before ordering if anything is unclear.
Items can only be purchased here when direct checkout is available and the selected option is offered for ordering. Prices and availability are checked again when checkout starts. Saving a piece in your bag does not reserve it.
Ordering and payment
Direct-store payments are entered on Stripe’s hosted checkout page. Review the final shipping, tax, and total there before paying. A saved bag does not create an order. Starting checkout records an order awaiting payment; payment is confirmed only after the store verifies it. Keep your private order confirmation link for your order details.
Simulated checkout and Stripe test checkout, where clearly marked, create test orders only. They do not make a real purchase or charge.
Shipping and processing
Direct-store shipping is available within the United States. Shipping charges and any free-shipping offer are shown in your bag before payment.
Review the shipping charge before continuing to payment.
Each product’s available processing information appears with the selected option. Processing time describes preparation and does not include carrier transit time or guarantee a delivery date.

Changes and cancellations
You may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order. Email hello@cheherish.com with your direct-store order reference. Contact the studio promptly if you need to change personalization or another order detail.
Returns and exchanges
Most pieces are not eligible for returns or exchanges. The Mario Multifunctional Holder (listing 4539194409) accepts returns and exchanges within 30 days. The relevant eligibility is also shown on the product page. Contact the studio with your order reference to arrange a return or exchange.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact hello@cheherish.com with your order reference and details so the studio can review the issue.
Orders placed on Etsy
Purchases placed through the Cheherish Etsy shop are handled by Etsy’s checkout and the listing and shop policies published there. A direct-store order has its own order reference and is handled through this store. Contact the studio with the relevant reference when asking for help.
